Our case funding
process

Unlike traditional litigation funds, which focus on fewer larger cases, we use lawtech alongside legal expertise so we can predict outcomes more accurately across a higher number of smaller cases.

As a result, your investment not only helps promote access to justice – it’s lower risk and protected by After The Event (ATE) insurance.

Most investments will see double-digit returns. In the unlikely event of an unsuccessful case outcome, the ATE insurance will cover adverse legal and disbursement costs.

Algorithm preselection

Our algorithm automates the review of our case management system to select those cases with the highest chances of success. Requirements include:

  • No win
    no fee

All, or the majority of, solicitor and barrister fees must be at risk, on a no-win, no-fee basis.

  • Clear
    evidence

Claims must have clear evidence of legal precedent.

  • Able to pay any award

Defendants must be able to pay any award or judgment.

  • EXPERT LEGAL
    PANEL OPINIONS

  • 60% chance
    of winning

Three independent legal experts must state the claim has at least a 60% chance of winning.

  • Ate protection

  • After the
    Event
    Insurance

Cases must have ATE insurance on risk from a leading insurer covered by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
